We sell vintage fountain pens and desktop items as described on this web site. An amount to cover our costs for postage and packing is added to the total due. This charge is shown during checkout, before you finalise your purchase. See below, under Dispatch, for more details.

We may occasionally use this information to notify you about additional services or special offers which may be of interest to you. Payment on line:
Payment can be made by Debit/Credit card via Paypal. We do not see your card details as PayPal deal direct with your bank or card company and simply tell us when the payment has gone through. Our prices are quoted in pounds sterling. If you do not live in the UK then your bank or card company will convert this into your local currency (dollars, euros, etc) and bill you accordingly. We provide a currency converter at the checkout as a guide to the cost in your local currency.
Payment by mail:
Payment can be made by sterling cheque [or international money order], payable to Miss C Robinson and posted to the above address. Once an order is placed the goods will be reserved for 10 days awaiting payment. Prices are not subject to VAT.
An amount to cover our costs for postage and packing is added to the total due. This will be shown as you check out, i.e. before you are committed to purchase. We will use Royal Mail special delivery for pen dispatch to the U.K. International deliveries will be made using Royal Mail International Signed For. Desktop items will be sent using the most suitable means bearing in mind their weight etc.
The postage and packing charge is per order not per item, so if you buy more than one item you pay only one postage and packing charge.
We aim to turn your order around within three days if payment is by credit card via PayPal or seven days if paying by sterling cheque. In the unlikely event it will take longer than 30 days we will e-mail or write and let you know when you can expect to receive your order.
You have the right to cancel your order. You can do this at any time before you receive the order and for seven working days after you receive it. (A "working day" is any day except Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday).

We recommend you use insured carriage as we cannot be responsible for missing returns or damage in transit. We will refund you the amount of your order.
The prices quoted on this website are valid for a period of thirty days. If you print out an order form, it will state the date it is printed and the date the prices are valid until.
